Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Tandel handles account, workspace, automation, and connected-platform data.

Last updated May 22, 2026

Information We Collect

We collect account and workspace information you provide, including names, email addresses, workspace settings, brand profiles, prompts, approvals, uploaded assets, and generated outputs.

When you connect third-party platforms, we collect the connection details and metadata needed to operate those integrations, such as account identifiers, authorization tokens, configuration settings, status checks, and execution logs.

Connected Platforms and Meta Ads

If you connect Meta Ads or another advertising platform, Tandel may process Meta Business account identifiers, ad account identifiers, Facebook Page identifiers, campaign, ad set, ad, and creative identifiers, advertising configuration, creative assets you provide or approve, and ad performance or insights data.

We use this information to connect your workspace to your business assets, validate that permissions are configured correctly, create or manage ad drafts and paused ads that you approve, display integration status, troubleshoot execution errors, and support advertising workflows inside Tandel.

How We Use Information

We use workspace and integration data to provide Tandel, run agent workflows, prepare outputs, route approvals, execute approved actions, monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.

Tandel does not sell Meta Ads data or use connected-platform data to build unrelated consumer profiles.

How We Share Information

We share information with third-party services only as needed to operate the product, execute actions you approve, comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or follow your instructions.

For connected platforms, approved actions may be sent back to the platform you connected, such as creating a paused Meta ad in the ad account and ad set you configured.

Your Choices

You can disconnect integrations in Tandel settings or revoke access directly from the connected platform's business settings.

You may request deletion of connected-platform data associated with your workspace by contacting us. Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for security, audit, backup, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Security and Retention

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect workspace data and connected-platform credentials from unauthorized access.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Tandel, maintain security and audit records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
